1 lb large raw shrimp (peeled and deveined)
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp melted butter
For the Marinade:
3 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Cajun seasoning (substitute homemade blend: paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne)
1 tsp brown sugar (substitute maple syrup or agave for variety)
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper

Chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, Cajun seasoning, brown sugar, salt, and pepper until combined.
2. Add shrimp to the marinade and toss until well coated. Let marinate for 20–30 minutes in the refrigerator.
3. Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan to mediumhigh heat. Thread marinated shrimp onto skewers for easy grilling.
4. Grill skewers for 2–3 minutes per side or until shrimp turn pink and slightly charred. Brush with remaining marinade while grilling for extra flavor.
5. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
